These rules protect users, business records and service reliability.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal activity, tax evasion, fraud, or creating fraudulent invoices or records.
  • Misrepresentation of identity, authority, goods, services, payments or business activity.
  • Malware, vulnerability exploitation, security attacks or circumvention of controls.
  • Unauthorised access to accounts, data, systems or networks.
  • Spam, abusive messaging or unlawful collection of contact information.
  • Activity that unreasonably degrades, probes or abuses service resources.
  • Infringing intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights.
  • Uploading prohibited sensitive or personal data unsupported by the service and agreement.
  • Selling, sublicensing or reselling access without written permission.

2. Security and cooperation

Users must use reasonable security practices, respect access boundaries, and cooperate with proportionate investigations of suspected misuse.

3. Enforcement

Invex may investigate, restrict content or functionality, suspend access, preserve evidence, notify affected parties or authorities where permitted, and terminate serious or repeated violations. Measures should be proportionate to risk and contractual obligations.

4. Reporting

Report suspected abuse to [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Security vulnerabilities should be reported through the security contact listed on the Grievance and Data Requests page, without exploiting or publicly disclosing them.
